Spain: Strike at Bilbao Port

The stevedoring unions at the port of Bilbao have announced a strike from Friday October 9^th through Sunday October 25^th, 2020 over labor disputes with terminal owners.

• The strike actions have been announced as 2 hours per shift for October 9^th, 13^th, 19^th and 20^th from 9-11AM, 3-5PM, 9-11PM and 3-5AM.

• A 24 hour strike notice will be in effect for October 10-11th, 14-18^th, 21-25^th from 8AM until 8AM the next day.

The strike is expected to disrupt vessel loadings/unloadings, container gate in/out operations and expected to cause significant delays.

Argentina: Trucking Strike on Mendoza to Buenos Aires Route over

On Monday an agreement was reached to end a local strike affecting transportation between Mendoza and Buenos Aires that started the Friday before (October 2^nd).
