As port terminals reduce adjust operations and policies to manage vessel schedules, volumes and equipment turnaround, the operations teams at Hillebrand continue to work around schedules to meet customer’s delivery expectations as best they can. 

Ocean carriers continue to cancel or “blank” sailings on all key corridors to maximize efficiency on remaining vessels.  Equipment availability varies widely depending on the origin of goods, but in general reefer availability is more limited.  Information by country on equipment capacity, sailings and more is available on Hillebrand’s website, as well as updates and logistics strategies for the  North American market.  

We encourage you to work with as much advance notice as possible on requested ship dates and set up notification alerts on myHillebrand.com to keep on top of on estimated departure / arrival dates.

Northern California Warehouse move

Starting this week Hillebrand USA will be moving operations on domestic consolidation services to their warehouse at 5341 Industrial Way, Benicia California.  Operations teams have been reaching out to customers individually.  For any questions please reach out to your usual Hillebrand contact.
