Re: USSEC Westbound rate increase for 2003

Dear NASA Members:

THE UNITED STATES SOUTH EUROPE CONFERENCE (USSEC) from Mediterranean to U.S. East/Gulf coasts Westbound advises that based on its latest monthly monitoring of fuel prices, the currently published BAF will be extended unchanged, to apply for the month of February, 2003 at the following levels:

     $130 per 20ft container
     $260 per 40ft container
