Monday, May 20, 2002 Re: Trans-Atlantic Conference Agreement (TACA) Dear NASA Member: THE TRANS-ATLANTIC CONFERENCE AGREEMENT (TACA) announces: The current Tariff Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF), as noted below, will continue unchanged for a further period, through July 15, 2002: Traffic to/from and via: Atlantic/Gulf Coast Ports Pacific Coast Ports $ 88 per 20ft container $132 per 20ft container $176 per 40/45ft container $264 per 40/45ft container The BAF to apply thereafter will be announced no later than June 15, 2002.
