Re: Trans-Atlantic Confrence Agreement (TACA)

THE TRANS-ATLANTIC CONFERENCE AGREEMENT (TACA) announces:

The Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) published in TACA's relevant tariffs will be adjusted to the following levels, effective May 15th, 2002:

          Traffic to/from and via:

          Atlantic/Gulf Coast Ports        Pacific Coast Ports

          $88 per 20ft container           $132 per 20ft container
          $176 per 40/45ft container    $264 per 40/45ft container

The above will apply through June 14th, 2002. The BAF level to apply thereafter will be announced no later than May 15th, 2002.
