Re: Transpacific Eastbound Peak Season Surcharge Extension
(December 1st – 31st 2002)

Please be advised that Maersk Sealand is extending the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) through the end of December. All cargo moving from West Asia and the Far East to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico with a receipt date of December 1st – 31st is subject to the charge. The extension is in response to projected market conditions during this time. For your reference, the following outlines the Peak Season Surcharge.
