Re: TRANS-ATLANTIC CONFERENCE AGREEMENT (TACA)

Dear NASA Member:

NASA has received the following from TACA:
Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF): the current BAF published in TACA’s relevant tariffs will be reduced for 2nd quarter 2002 application, effective, 1st April 2002, to the following levels:

Traffic to/from and via US Atlantic/Gulf Coasts Ports:
$42 per 20ft Container
$84 per 40/45ft Container

Traffic to/from and via US Pacific Coast Ports:
$63 per 20ft Container
$126 per 40/45ft Container
