Date: February 28, 2003 Re: Spanish Dock Workers Strike Dear NASA Member: Please be advised that finally the stevedore’s union in Spain has announced that the strike in all Spanish ports will be from March 10 (8.00 CET) to March 12th (8.00 CET). There are no valid reports at this time pertaining to the rest of Europe’s union actions. Although this is so far only an announcement, the general feeling is that the strike will be held.
