Cross-Andes pass closed today due to winter storms Be advised that the international tunnel between Argentina (Mendoza) and Chile closed this morning and Argentinean shipments via Chile will be affected. Storms are forecasted for the next two days. Note as part of winter road restrictions the tunnel will be closed nightly from 9pm to 9am. We will continue provide updates when the pass is closed for extended periods of time.
