Italy - General Rate Increase (GRI) goes into effect June 1st, 2011

As announced via NASA Newsflash on April 15, 2011, the General Rate Increase (GRI) goes into effect for shipments from Italy to USA as of June 1st, 2011 as follows:

• USD 150 per 20' ft container
• USD 200 per 40' ft container
