Belgium, Dutch and Spanish dockworkers are boycotting the handling of diverted French containers

Our overseas offices are reporting that dockworkers in Belgium, The Netherlands and Spain are boycotting the handling diverted French containers (both for import and export) in a movement of solidarity with the French unions. Containers that have been diverted to alternative ports are facing additional delays until the strike action is resolved.

Be reminded that there will be no vessel operations or container pickups/releases at Le Havre and Fos sur Mer until 6am Tuesday January 25th and dockworkers will strike one hour per shift thereafter.
