Portugal: Ports closed/affected by bad weather Be advised that Lisbon and Leixoes ports have been closed due to bad weather and strong winds. The only port operating on a limited basis (weather conditions permitting) is Sines port. Vessel schedules are being modified and pending shipments will be delayed.
