Barcelona - Trucker Strike continues

The truckers association servicing Barcelona port went on strike Tuesday October 19, 2010 and continues to block all port terminals to container pickup/deliveries. No agreement was reached yesterday and the parties are working on a resolution again today. Note this will affect scheduled export shipments in the area as well as French shipments re-routed via Barcelona as an alternative port.
