France - Le Havre Terminal Strike

Crane operators at the Le Havre terminals have gone on strike today, June 28th. This will affect vessel loadings and container positioning. Our operations department will advise on a case by case basis for any heavily impacted shipments.

NJ Port - PNCT Terminal Emergency Congestion Surcharge

The PNCT NJ Terminal, operated by MSC, has been experiencing heavy congestion and chassis shortages. As a result the terminal has introduced an Emergency Congestion Surcharge of $75 per container effective Thursday, July 1st. This will only affect MSC container deliveries handled by the JF Hillebrand USA Intermodal department. For further information on any of your deliveries handled by the Intermodal department, please contact them directly.
