Re:	Southern France weather delays, Finland strike continues

Southern France Weather delays:

Heavy snowfall in southern France is delaying collections in Cote-du-Rhone and Languedoc-Roussillon areas (zips 11, 13, 30, 34, 66, 84). Trucks are banned from the roads until further notice.

Finland port strike continues:

The port strike by Finnish Transport Workers Union AKT that started last Thursday March 4th is still in effect. Containers cannot be loaded/unloaded or released for pickup/delivery. Negotiations are scheduled for Tuesday and importers should expect delays on orders routed through Helsinki or other Finnish ports.
