Re:	BAF Increases from Australia/New Zealand to USA on July 1, 2009

Please be advised that the wine BAF from Australia and New Zealand origins to USA will be increasing effective July 1st , 2009.  The rate of USD$305 per TEU will change to USD $355 per TEU and will remain fixed for three months from the effective date.

July 1, 2009 to Sept 30, 2009 BAF Rate from Australia / New Zealand to USA:

USD $355 per 20'

USD $710 per 40'
