Re:	MSC announces BAF decrease from South Africa for May 1, 2009

Please be advised that the BAF (Bunker contribution) from South Africa and the Indian Ocean to all USA ports and points (USEC, Gulf & Pacific Coast) will decrease effective May 1, 2009 to USD $120 per TEU and USD $ 240 per FEU. This applies to Northbound dry and reefer cargo.

Current FAS Amount: USD$ 130 per TEU / USD$ 260 per FEU

New FAS Amount on May 1, 2009: USD $120 per TEU / USD$ 240 per FEU.
