Re:	MSC announces FAS (E-BAF) decrease from South Africa on April 1, 2009

Please be advised that the FAS (E-BAF)  from South Africa and the Indian Ocean to all USA ports and points (USEC, Gulf & Pacific Coast) will decrease effective April 1, 2009 to USD $130 per TEU and USD $ 260 per FEU. This applies to Northbound dry and reefer cargo.

Current FAS Amount: USD$ 200 per TEU / USD$ 400 x FEU

New FAS Amount on April 1, 2009: USD $130 per TEU / USD$ 260 per FEU.
