Received from Massachusetts Port Authority The Board of Massachusetts Port Authority is issuing a tariff rate increase in their Container Tariff No. 1 Rule 34 Usage Rates, applicable for the Paul W. Conley Marine Terminal (Castle Island). Effective March 1, 2009 the rate will be: $36 per container under 26 ft (previously $25.70) $48 per container over 26 ft (previously $35.70) These rates apply to all import containers, discharged from a vessel arriving after March 1, 2009 and all export containers, entering the terminal of loading to a ship docking after March 1, 2009. The tariff is available on the Authority's website at: http://www.massport.com/ports/about_tarif.html |
