Date: Thursday, December 04, 2008 Re:  Bunker Monitoring Dear Valued Customer: As previously announced in September, JF Hillebrand took a proactive approach to monitoring bunker fuel and set our market rate based on the IFO 380 Index in Rotterdam as found on www.bunkerworld.com   It was explained that the fuel would then be monitored in 3 month cycles and any adjustments based on a 10% threshold would follow 30 days from the review period.  As such we have now calculated the average for September, October and November and the downward trigger was exceeded so all quotes with validity beyond December 31 st will enjoy significant reductions effective January 1, 2009 .  Your individual sales representative will be sending out the new quotes over the ensuing weeks which I trust you will find as welcome news.
