Please be advised that in response to changing fuel costs in the United States , Safmarine has revised the U.S. Inland Fuel Surcharge effect on November 1, 2008 , to the following:

Scope:  All USA import and export rail and truck moves from Southern Africa

Current Rate:  USD 290 per container (any size)

New Rate:  USD 255 per container (any size)
