For Le Havre, the 4 hours are weekly scheduled from Saturdays 2 pm to 6 pm. It is expected that other ports will follow this line. In all French ports, the ban on overtime and exceptional working will continue. Productivity is gradually coming back to normal in all French ports, but still faced with unexplained delays or stoppage on some shifts. Congestion surcharges are not all levied; their applications have to be checked by shipping line at the moment of booking.
