Re:	Spain - Fuel Surcharge

As a result of the strikes in Spain at the beginning of this month, an additional fuel surcharge has been established by ALL shipping lines and Spanish hauler companies.   As a result, a "Fuel Surcharge" over the transport rate will be effective July 7, 2008, and will be revised monthly.

The Fuel Surcharge for FCL is as follows:

Bilbao          8%
Barcelona   10%
Valencia     10%
Cadiz         10%
Algeciras    10%

The Fuel Surcharge for LCL is as follows:

8% for all ports
