Re:	France - Strike Update

Dates and times of strikes scheduled for week of June 23rd:

Wednesday, June 25th - no night shift
24-hour strike from Thursday, June 26th, 6 am until Friday, June 27th, 6 am
24-hour strike from Saturday, June 28th, 3 pm until Sunday June 29th, 3 pm

The reform bill will be voted on Tuesday, June 24th, at the National Assembly and should take effect some time beginning of July. It would appear that Unions in the south of France (Marseilles/Fos) will take a much stronger line that their counterparts in the other ports and more disruptions can be expected over the next few weeks.
