      * Rule Name:       EBAF from South Africa and or Indian Ocean to USA

         FROM:     Ports and points in South Africa and Indian Ocean
             TO:     USEC, GULF & Pacific Coast ports and points
Application :   Northbound Dry and Reefer Cargo

CURRENT EBAF AMOUNT: US$ 150 x TEU / US$ 300 x FEU

NEW EBAF AMOUNT: US$ 225 x TEU / US$ 450 x FEU
