Re:

Fuel surcharge on Winter Wine Program / JF Hillebrand cross-docking

Due to continuous increase of fuel costs, effective April 15, 2008 , JF Hillebrand's Winter Wine Program and cross-docking programs will change from a fixed 17% fuel surcharge to a fluctuating scale system, based on a weekly monitoring of fuel by the Dept of Transportation and Dept of Energy (DOT / DOE) .  .   The week rate will be based on cargo delivery date and the grid can be found on the Dept of Energy's website:   http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/wohdp/diesel.asp

All US ports are affected with the exception of New York/New Jersey.

In New York/New Jersey , we will continue to offer our all motor cross-docking to all interior U.S. points.  In order to minimize fuel surcharge fluctuations in the NY/NJ area, we are able to continue our lump sum rate quotations, which includes cross-docking, local drayage, and all motor delivery in dry trailers or temperature controlled trailers.  If there are any major fuel fluctuations, we will add a separate fuel surcharge to these all inclusive rates.  If you have any questions, please contact Joe Guarraci in our Intermodal Department at j.guarraci@jfhillebrand.com

Best Regards,

JF Hillebrand USA, Inc.
