Date: Monday, March 10, 2008 Re:  TACA BAF (unchanged) / CAF (unchanged) THE TRANS-ATLANTIC CONFERENCE AGREEMENT (TACA) announces: Based on the latest monitoring of fuel prices, TACA's current Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF), will be held unchanged through at least May 15, 2008 , at the following levels: Traffic to/from and via: Atlantic/Gulf Coast Ports $  607 per 20ft container $ 1214 per 40/45ft container WM $61.00 Pacific Coast Ports $  911 per 20ft container $ 1822 per 40/45ft container WM $91.00 The Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF), based on the latest monitoring exercise, will remain unchanged at 12% (twelve percent) through at least May 15, 2008. The TACA BAF and CAF to apply from May 16, 2008, will be announced no later than April 15, 2008.  Such will be published in TACA's relevant tariffs and on its website.
