Re:	Port of Genova

Due to the severe congestion of the Genova VTE terminal, the port authorities have decided to close the terminal for the delivery of all export containers until 26th January inclusive. Port operations will be limited to loading/unloading vessels and the delivery of import containers to land transport.

JF Hillebrand Italy has already taken step to route export traffic through Genova terminals not affected by the strike or through other Italian ports.

A congestion surcharge will not be applied at present and JF Hillebrand will bear any additional expenses in ensuring the rapid shipment of all containers.
