Dear NASA Member:

THE TRANS-ATLANTIC CONFERENCE AGREEMENT (TACA) announces:

Based on the latest monitoring of fuel prices, TACA’s Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF), applicable for the period December 16, 2007, through at least January 15, 2008, will be held unchanged for a further period of thirty days, through at least February 15, 2008, at the following levels:

With respect to Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF), the Tariff published level, based on the latest monitoring exercise, will remain unchanged at 12% (twelve percent) through at least February 15, 2008.

The TACA BAF and CAF to apply from February 16, 2008, will be announced no later than January 15, 2008. Such will be published in TACA’s relevant tariffs and on its website.
