Dear NASA Member:

With the latest monitoring of fuel prices showing significant escalation since TACA’s previous adjustment in September of this year, an adjustment of TACA’s BAF has been triggered with effect from December 16, 2007, through at least January 15, 2008, at the following levels:

With respect to Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF), the Tariff published level, based on the latest monitoring exercise, will remain unchanged at 12% (twelve percent) through at least January 15, 2008.

The TACA BAF and CAF to apply from January 16, 2008, will be announced no later than December 15, 2007. Such will be published in TACA’s relevant tariffs and on its website.
