Dear NASA Member:

THE TRANS-ATLANTIC CONFERENCE AGREEMENT (TACA) announces:

Based upon the latest monitoring of fuel prices, TACA’s Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF), applicable for the period September 16, 2007, through October 15, 2007, will be held unchanged for a further period of thirty days, through at least November 15, 2007, at the following levels.:

$ 1214 per 40/45ft container   $ 1822 per 40/45ft container

With respect to Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF), the Tariff published level, based on the latest monitoring exercise, will remain unchanged at 10% (ten percent) through at least November 15, 2007.

The TACA BAF and CAF to apply from November 16, 2007, will be announced no later than October 15, 2007. Such will be published in TACA’s relevant tariffs and on its website.
