Please be advised that effective October 3, 2007, the Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) will be applicable to all published, filed tariff and service contract rates:

* Rule Name:	BAF from South Africa and or Indian Ocean to USA

To: USEC, Gulf & Pacific Coast ports and points
