Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge Filing – Eastbound and Westbound

Effective August 18, 2007, a Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge for all shipments within the following service scope was implemented. The reason for this filing is related to the European Union’s efforts to designate certain areas as Sulphur Oxide Emission Control Areas, and the incremental cost associated with compliance by the maritime industry.
