TACA BAF (increase) / CAF (unchanged) |
Dear NASA Member:
THE TRANS-ATLANTIC CONFERENCE AGREEMENT (TACA) announces:
The latest monitoring of fuel prices continue to show escalating increases since TACA’s previous adjustment in June of this year. Accordingly, an adjustment of TACA’s BAF has been triggered with effect from September 16, 2007, through at least October 15, 2007, to the following levels.:
| Traffic to/from and via: |
||
| Atlantic/Gulf Coast Ports | Pacific Coast Ports | |
| $ 607 per 20ft container | $ 911 per 20ft container | |
| $1214 per 40/45ft container | $1822 per 40/45ft container | |
| WM $61.00 | WM $91.00 |
With respect to Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF), the Tariff published level, based on the latest monitoring exercise, will remain unchanged at 10% (ten percent) through at least October 15, 2007.
The TACA BAF and CAF to apply from October 16, 2007, will be announced no later than September 15, 2007. Such will be published in TACA’s relevant tariffs and on its website.
