Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the members of North American Shippers Association, Inc., a Delaware corporation, will be held at the offices of the Corporation, Suite 310, 1600 St. Georges Avenue, Rahway, New Jersey, on Wednesday, March 06, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., local time.

Business to be Transacted

1. To elect directors for the ensuing year.
   
   
2. To receive and consider the financial statements and the reports of the affairs of the Corporation.
   
   
3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

If you are unable to be present in person, you are requested to sign and execute the enclosed form of proxy and to forward it to the secretary of the corporation without delay so that your membership interest may be regularly voted at the meeting.
