Re:	HAMBURG SUD – NORTH AMERICAN INLAND TARIFF FUEL SURCHARGE

Received below notification from Hamburg Sud:

Due to rapidly escalating fuel prices and major increases from our vendors, the fuel surcharge assessed to all inlands in the Hamburg Sud North American Inland Tariff will be increased from 21% to 24% effective September 5, 2006.
