Received the following notification from Lloyd Triestino America Corporation regarding an increase to the Panama Canal Surcharge effective May 1, 2006:

TARIFF #: 400 FAR EAST TO P.R. & USA
RULE #: 010 - 08 PANAMA CANAL TRANSIT FEE (PCC)

Effective: 5/01/06

Panama Canal Charge

A charge will be assessed for all cargo (including contract, TVR and tariff cargo) moving via the Panama Canal, this charge is to be paid together with ocean freight.

Expired April 30, 2006 USD 3/CBM USD 8/MT USD 165 per container 7% for unit rated cargo

Effective May 01, 2006 USD 4/CBM -- (RVS) USD 10/MT -- (RVS) USD 192 per container -- (RVS) 7% for unit rated cargo
