Re:	UNITED STATES SOUTH EUROPE CONFERENCE (USSEC)

Dear NASA Member:

The two Parties to the United States South Europe Conference (USSEC), Maersk Sealand and P&O Nedlloyd Ltd, become a single entity (Maersk Line) effective February 13th 2006, and, as a consequence, USSEC will be dissolved as of that date.
