PORT CONGESTION - LOS ANGELES AND LONG BEACH

Dear NASA Member:

Received below notification from Trans-Atlantic Conference Agreement:

The Congestion Surcharge at the above ports published in TACA’s relevant Tariff has been subject to monthly monitoring and is currently suspended through October 31, 2005.

Effective November 1, 2005, this Congestion Surcharge will be deleted from TACA’s Tariff entirely.

The TACA Parties will continue to monitor congestion related issues at these ports and any possible future tariff action arising in that regard will be advised on a minimum of 30 days notice.
