Re:	TRUCKERS' STRIKE - FRANCE

Dear NASA Member:

Please be advised that a truckers’ strike in the Ports of Fos Sur Mer and Marseilles has blocked all container activity since yesterday.  No planned reopening has been announced as of today.  Additionally, on October 4th a countrywide port strike will take place which will close Le Havre as well as the ports in the south.  JF Hillebrand is diligently working on all options for your cargo, but it is reasonable to expect delays for any cargo scheduled to depart next week.  We will advise you of any further developments as they are made available.
