THE ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO TAX AND TRADE BUREAU (TTB) |
Dear NASA Member:
Due to a miscommunication with The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), wrong information was distributed last week regarding this subject.
The TTB has correctly advised that the U.S. and EU initialed their Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) on September 14, 2005. The agreement is presently in the legal process and the EU expects the agreement to be signed in two months’ time.
