Dear NASA Member:

INCREASE IN EMERGENCY BUNKER SURCHARGE

Due to the increase in Bunker fuel prices there will be a change in the EBS (Emergency Bunker Surcharge) effective July 9, 2004. The surcharge will increase from $75 to $180 per teu which will effect shipments from Australia to the US, Canada and Mexico.
