Dear NASA Member: Attn: Delays due to Italian Customs "White Strike" Italian customs authorities are on a "White Strike". They
are applying this non-official strike in which operations are being
performed very slowly. Due to this, we are anticipating delays and
particular problems beyond our control, for containers due to depart
this weekend. La Spezia and Genova are especially suffering from this
