Re:	Oceania Southbound Emergency Fuel Adjustment Factor (E.F.A.F.) Effective December 15, 2003

Dear NASA Member:

Please be advised that the Oceania Southbound E.F.A.F. is being adjusted as a result of the latest bunker monitoring exercise in this trade. Effective December 15th, 2003 the E.F.A.F for all cargo moving from the U.S. to Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands will increase to the following levels:

Container Type	E.F.A.F.
20'	$124
40' or HC; Reefer/45'	$248

The bunker trends will continue to be monitored and adjustments will be made with appropriate notice given to the trade.
