Re: ILA Dispute with Evergreen

Dear NASA Member:

Due to an ILA dispute with Evergreen the Port of New York will not allow Evergreen to unload the vessel. As of today they have 5 vessels sitting out at anchor. Evergreen has entered into collective bargaining with the ILA, however, there is no decision as of yet.

We will keep you informed of any changes to this situation as more information becomes available.
