May 30, 2002 Re: USSEC Bunker Adjustment Factor Dear NASA Member: The United States South Europe Conference (USSEC) from Mediterranean to U.S. East/Gulf coasts announces: USSEC advises that the Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) published in its relevant Eastbound and Westbound tariffs will be adjusted to the following levels effective July 1st 2002. $130 per 20ft container $260 per 40ft container - all other cargo (W,WM or each) 11 per cent The above will apply through July 31, 2002. The BAF to apply thereafter will be announced during week commencing June 24, 2002. The Members of USSEC are: A.P.Moller-Maersk Sealand, Hapag Lloyd Container Line GmbH, P&O Nedlloyd Ltd.
