North American Shippers Association, Inc. (NASA) negotiates service contracts with the steamship lines and conferences for reduced rates on ocean freight for full container loads of beer, wines and spirits and mineral water in various trade lanes. By joining our association you may be able to save on your ocean transportation costs.

The North American Shippers Association, Inc. is an industry-sponsored and operated, non-profit organization; and as such, it is identified and recognized by the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 1998, as a "group of shippers that consolidates or distributes freight on a non-profit basis for its members to secure volume rates or service contracts" to transport goods from/to Europe and other countries. Membership in NASA is open to Importers, Exporters, Distributors, Wholesalers, Liquor Control Boards and Overseas Suppliers, subject to approval by our Board of Directors.

NASA Offers Its Members The Following Benefits:


NASA members are not required to make any individual commitments against the service contracts entered into by NASA. The membership fee
is $75.00 per calendar year, regardless of the number of shipments routed via NASA. Membership dues are usually recovered on your first shipment!
